So my experience here to start went well, I moved from out of state. They asked for several prior history documents as expected , Even my pharmacy reports to see exactly what/where meds were dispensed to me over my long painful journey. I have a spinal fusion in my neck, c2-c3, I had a lower back surgery six months ago and I’ve been on a regimen of medications for years,. Dr. Brown is the best! But office management is very poor..5/13/25 saw doctor, after that no one contact me or answer my messages..( i left six messages )about injection procedure plan. Big room for improvement. U all work for Dr. Brown be his best team not sabotage his reputation. I am ER nurse, now really in a patient shoes now..lol 6/4/25. Qing Li
