We had a horrible experience with Dr. Ostrower. We went just once for a consultation. We went to see him because our primary care physician said she can't keep prescribing my daughter which was 4 years old at the time with antibiotics every other week for the same symptoms of congestions with infections and in consecuence antibiotics. He didn't care and prescribed antibiotics again. When he wasn't even sure there was an infection at all. We didn't like his approach, his attitude, nothing. Dr. Mark PA and Giny treated us incredibly well. My son had a procedure with a camera up to his vocal cords, and they were very patient, instilled confidence in my son, and were very sweet with him. Harley and Priscila were very attentive at the front desk and helped us with everything we needed. I definitely love this place. 100% recommended! ❤️
We had a wonderful experience with the ENT at Joe DiMaggio / Memorial Regional in Hollywood with Alexis. She was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. My son felt comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend!
