I've seen Dr Fadare for 13 years. I find him to be very helpful with my problems. He has a great Staff.

DR FADARE AND HIS NURSE KATHY SAVED MY LIFE BACK IN 2007. THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO!!
Dr Fadare has a patient who was screened for dementia and Alzheimer's but was cleared of both and told they were over medicated and confusion was side effect of combining medications. This patient was cut back on many meds at the request of the their primary dr and weened off of some completely and started to improve and regain awareness. For some reason at this point Dr Fadare decided to prescribe Methadone pills to this patient for pain management.
