Doctor Samuel Oyer is the most amazing doctor and human being I ever met. His professionalism is outstanding! He truly cares about his patients. I wish we had more doctors like him. He is also very knowledgeable. I trust him with my eyes closed. He did a great job on recovering my face after a facial paralysis. I am so grateful for his life.
I have a complicated brain tumor and facial paralysis. I went to Dr. Oyer after two botched craniotomies. He has performed two eye surgeries, a masseter nerve transfer and performed three fascia lata sling operations. I would highly recommend him. While we are still trying to fix my paralysis, I cannot speak more highly of him. He is empathetic, patient-focused, and a great listener. My family and I are lucky to have him in our corner.
My daughter who is 19 had Septoplasty/Rhinoplasty by Dr. Oyer less than a week ago. A 5 hr. surgery which intaled taking a piece of her rib to build the bridge of her nose, among other things so she could breathe better. We tried not to have too high of expectations since this was her 2nd surgery in 3 years by a dif. ENT. After a few days and even with the cast still on, she was breathing through her nose better. My wife had a septo-rhinoplasty and I can not express how AMAZING Dr. Oyer was throughout the entire process. He maintained constant communication with us at all times despite his incredibly demanding schedule. He even spent an extra several hours on her surgery in order to achieve the results on her nose that we had discussed she had wanted.
