This doctor, without warning, breached his contract with three physicians and their staff and abruptly closed their medical practice. My doctor received a call on a Thursday night telling her she was fired and the office would be closed effective immediately. I am left without a physician to go to when I am ill, from whom I receive prescription refills and who proactively looks after my health. I think Dr. Hill did a complete disservice to this practice and to me. I won't forget his name.
He charged me over $300. for only a visit. Find another Dr. otherwise you will get rip-off.
Dr. Hill is nice however his staff is vastly incompetent. Had a surgery but the staff forgot to schedule me for an X-ray and I had to go to a different loc the day of my surgery . When someone answers the office phone it's to ask you to hold, you're left there until you go back into the phone tree. When the phone isn't answered, you can leave a voicemail which no one will call you back for. Oh and post-op was supposed to be called for allergy shots, still waiting and my surgery was in February.
Sometimes we do have to wait longer than I'd like, but once we get in I always feel comfortable that Dr Hill knows what he's doing and cares about us (my son & I both go to Dr Hill) and we know he will do his best to see that we are taken care of.
