I was taken aback when I was accosted, yes I said accosted by two girls working the front desk. They were so disrespectful towards me. It was all about getting paid. They said I couldn’t stay unless I made a payment, and since I was dropped off for my appointment I went ahead and paid, not that I wasn’t going to pay, but it was the “approach”. They were so unprofessional. I wrote a letter and to Dr. Multack and he did not even respond. More training needed.🤨
