I went out of my way to come back here because of the quality of care on my first visit. This time I had quite the opposite experience. Dr. Douglass, the on call dr. Did not listen to me nor did he check into what was even going on with me. I was treated like I was bothering him. Probably the worst er experience I’ve ever had. My eye is exactly how I said it would be today…much worse.
Felt like we were wasting his time.
