After relocating due to the Palisades fire, I sent my twins to be seen at this doctors office. One of my daughters took two hours to complete the appointment, and the other was sent away after the office had a party and was 20 minutes late to her appointment. They called her and asked her if she would come 20 minutes late and when she showed up at the time that she was asked to show up, the office was still out for lunch.
