I have been trying to substitute a leaking cartridge for over two months, with no success. The only thing I got was a wrong spare part that did not fix the problem. I would highly recommend to avoid this brand. Good-looking faucets and everything but once they break it is seemingly impossible to fix them. The previous owner of my apartment installed their products and now I am stuck with that.

I spoke with Al from customer service at Samuel Heath & Sons, and I have to say that my experience with them was very refreshing. He was extremely responsive, capable of dealing with our issue, and polite. I hope someone at the company sees this and gives him a pat on the back (or a bonus).
