My experience with Dr. Samuel Yun’s office has been unacceptable and deeply concerning. During my mom’s recent visit, we were suddenly told to pay a $50 “account reactivation fee” that had not been clearly disclosed in advance. Even worse, the office refused to see her unless we paid it on the spot. Refusing patient care over a poorly communicated fee raises serious ethical and professional concerns. During my visit, I provided my insurance card and ID to your employee for verification purposes. However, I was met with an accusation of fraud due to a discrepancy in the year of birth between my driver's license and insurance card.
