Received a letter, and called, I am not allowed to come back. They were paid. Dr. Gubernick told me to return when I needed. Office staff said they sent a letter, and since I didn't make an appt., they don't want me to ever return. I've never been kicked out of a doctor's office before. Plus, they received payment. Dr. Gubernick was very kind and treated me well. However, he said one thing and his office staff said another and kicked me out. Dr. Gubernick is the best doctor I have ever had. I am 38 with severe allergies and asthma. I have seen specialists my entire life to assist in managing my chronic conditions and never found true relief and a plan for care until I met Dr. Gubernick. He is compassionate, never makes your concerns feel trivial, and spends time educating patients on their conditions and treatment options. I also trust him with my daughter's care and have referred half a dozen friends. They all agree he is the best!
If you want to see a phenomenal allergist please don't see Dr. Gubernick. His methods are crude and employs scare tactics in order to compel you to take his advice without question. His staff is inefficient and unprofessional. And the cost of his lab work will astound you.
What happened at this office was not ok. Its been months and still hard to process. I was tested as a child for allergies and it was a painful experience. Nothing like this. My 7 yr old has never even flinched at a needle. Its hard to talk about but I will just state the 4 people holding her down screaming, 40 shots where they put the viles in front of her going one by one... the nurses disgusting approach... and mostly them trying to use scare tactics to inject her with a very controversial vac
