Sam is a wonderful, professional realtor. Very knowledgeable and low pressure. He really listens and includes your opinions and alleviates any concerns. Went above and beyond for us knowing we were not located in the same state. I can’t say enough about how smoothly our transaction went and how informed we were kept in the process! Sam and his team are awesome. We had a great experience working with them. They have a fabulous understanding of how to guide you through the process. As first time buyers he was more than willing to answer all of our questions and go well beyond the call of duty to make sure it was as smooth and stress free as possible.
