Dr. Cloud is amazing! We were at another ER (Sky Ridge) on Friday and got no answers. I felt like something was being missed or glossed over so we came here a couple days later and got much better treatment.
Was randomly assigned to Dr.Cloud at the KP Urgent Care.. Great care, friendly, very thorough and easy to talk to. Super knowledgeable and able to explain complicated issues with clarity.
This was the most productive appointment in urgent care I've had. I did n't have to wait long for the test results. The dr. and Staff seemed really aware of my medical record and went to work on my low sodium symptoms.
Wonderful Doctor!! Felt very comfortable with him. Was able to open up completely. Gave me the time, attention and understanding I needed. Relieved all of my anxiety.
