JewelSmiths was Great & prices are feasible! We purchased our wedding rings at jewelSmiths recently... I used my sentimental rings/diamonds and had them custom design my ring. They used the design idea that I provided and created an absolutely stunning wedding ring for us. I can't imagine it being more perfect.
Great job on the work except the front in staff was rude the Indian lady had no personality whatsoever and I felt uncomfortable when I was in there she needs training or else you will lose business
Too expensive; $22 per watch battery!
Zero customer service skills not impressed at all, even though the work was done in a reasonable amount of time
They are amazing! So nice! They are very fair and honest. I went to sell some old jewelry and they were so respectful and offered fair value Definitely go there!
