I spent over a year and a half with Dr Shiley and Oregon Clinic East. After many many tests and 2 surgeries nothing was accomplished. I have had a cough and nasal congestion for over 2 1/2 years and am still suffering from both. But what makes me the most angry is that he just recommended another surgery while telling me the first 2 were for a runny nose.
