Sam not only found us the "unfindable house" in record time, but he regulated advocated for us throughout the contract period. An effective communicator and well-versed agent is very refreshing in this market. Sam's connections make the process both enjoyable and seamless with all the "pop-up" items that occur throughout inspections and contingency periods. If you work with anyone else you are doing yourself a disservice.

Sam is an utter pro. He was incredibly patient as I searched for my first home despite very tough market conditions and geographical constraints, always giving honest advice and never pressuring me into something I wasn’t comfortable with.
