Sinceramente, es la única opción q tengo para mi familiar ya q trabajo cerca de ahí, pero casi nunca contestan llamadas, no llaman de regreso para dar cita a mi me ha tocado ir hasta la clínica y pedir una cita al escritorio y ponen muchas excusas para dar una cita. Creo q se me está haciendo costumbre irme a la sala de emergencia del hospital para recibir ayuda. Ojalá pongan un poco más de atención a los clientes.

I honestly wish I could give this place a Zero star. I went in to this place wanting to establish care and to get a TB test because my job required me to do so. The PA on staff, and the one that I had booked with belittled me, gaslit me, and treated me like I had no knowledge of my medical care. I will never be back to this place. I booked a regular physical and a TB test. They decided that they needed a bunch of additional tests One being a pregnancy test—they said it was “routine”.
