One of the worse medical offices I ever see. They always give you a call at closing time let you know that your appointment has been changed, so when you try to call them back no one answers. They have their office hours Tuesday through Friday 8am to 7 pm, many times I go in these days at 5 pm and they are closed
Hold times are excessive, they hang up, they don’t return voicemails, and appointments have to be made months in advance.
I’ve called and left a message 4 times for an appointment. No one ever answers. Why can’t they call back? Does anyone know why I can’t make a doctor appointment in a month???
Misleading and Unprofessional Service- Cynthia at the front desk gave completely inaccurate information. I was told I had to come in person just to get a lab form and make an appointment—despite explaining that transportation and work hours make that extremely difficult. Turns out that was false. I called the Canyon Country location and was immediately emailed my lab form and told I could make my appointment online at my convenience.
