Misleading and Unprofessional Service- Cynthia at the front desk gave completely inaccurate information. I was told I had to come in person just to get a lab form and make an appointment—despite explaining that transportation and work hours make that extremely difficult. Turns out that was false. I called the Canyon Country location and was immediately emailed my lab form and told I could make my appointment online at my convenience. Came in as a new patient and was seen within 20 minutes. The staff were all compassionate and coordinated; I asked for a cup of water in the waiting room and the nurse brought it out to me right away. P.A. Ruben Esparza took time and care to meticulously review my patient history with me at my initial visit so I feel like I’m in good hands.
