A great appointment Dr.Russ is a wonderful Dr and the staff is wonderful as well.
Dr. Russ was elcoming, friendly, competent, professional and thorough.
First visit was several weeks after injuring my heel and Dr said rest for two weeks before returning to pickleball. No instructions for stretching, etc. Next visit three months later (delayed by my circumstances) the PA asks how’s the stretching going? So although I had improved since the first visit I am not thrilled having missed the opportunity to accelerate my recovery, as I have in the week now performing the recommended stretches.
