Hands down by far one of the greatest doctors I have ever had. He is so kind and goes above and beyond. I see comments about scheduling, but it is something out of his control. Patient/Doctor relationships are very important to me, and he exceeds the expectations!
Calling in to make an appointment is ridiculous. It takes 3 days to get through and even when your the “next caller” your hung-up on and have to start all over again. Only virtual appointments are set up & when you speak to the doctor/nurse GUESS WHAT! They want you to call back in to make a inpatient appointment. Now seriously, I have to take up another 3 days of my time trying to make a appointment; just to be hung up on. Where is their front office manger???
