Dr. Kirby is an excellent / pro-active dermatologist that I have been seeing for a number of years. He is always personable and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone needing dermatology care.
Dr. Kirby is very nice and I have seen him several times in the past, but had not been there in a few years. Today, his front office staff and billing dept were just awful. I was told upon check-in that I did not have insurance despite the fact that they were looking at my current insurance card with the current effective date right there on the front of it! They were very rude and made me wait for an hour and a half while they got things straightened out with my insurance. Never again!!
Dr. Kirby has taken care of my father's skin and resulting skin cancers for over 25 years. We have a lot of confidence in him and appreciate the considerate way he has shown respect for Dad's wishes. We highly recommend him as an excellent dermatologist.
