These are the people who own the old ex-military property at the north end of Madison Park known as the Edgewater Apts. From the 520 bridge they look like rows of two story brick buildings that are uniform and very much alike. Except for the loud 24hr monotone of bridge noise the location is excellent. The place is showing its age though and this spring they replaced dozens of underground tanks that were leaking fuel oil into the aquifer.
