Dr Carter did my first KR and it was the worst experience ever! For a year to the date of my surgery I complained about the pain and the range of motion. A year to the day, he said, “for someone 5’6” the knee should be fine!” I said “hold up! I’m 5’0”! Before I cut a two by four I measure twice!” He walked out and I’ve never seen him again!
