On my visit, was inspecting to get info regarding on hip replacement. Doctor briefly looked at my X-rays and stated that my arthritis was moderate when other diagnosis from doctors stated a worse scenario. He stated “ Tylenol “ would be my best friend until surgery May 6th. Since then so called minor arthritis has caused a severe fall to which rescue had to come to my home due to the pain in my groin. Awesome !! I got what I needed
Staff were very nice but I have to admit I was disappointed with Dr. Pitts. We were the last appointment of the day and he was in a rush to be somewhere else, even took a phone call, in the room with us. Haven't had any issue with him in the past. . .just disappointed this time.
