They never cancel their appointments last minute here. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. There were dust bunnies on the floor. I don't trust their advice.
