I hired this firm for business and personal accounting services. Overall the accounting services were average, but the attention to detail was lacking, in my opinion. They forgot to file taxes for some work I did out of state- and because of their omission I got a tax bill for over $40K with penalties two years later. It was money that I owed for sure, but it was just sloppy work on their part. They never apologized or offered to pay the penalties.
