Worst customer experience I've ever seen. Took 2 +hrs to replace a screen protector in an empty store. I had to ask them for updates every single step of the process, they wouldn't notify me otherwise. And EVERY step of they way they tried to push me to buy a new phone, without even asking if I was interested. Today I went in for another screen protector replacement on a zfold 3 and got quoted an hour.
