I have the worst experience with this company. Poor management, poor records keeping, dishonesty, you name it. I continuously receive bills from them I already paid. Without permission they buy expensive and unnecessary services and they bill me. This has been the case for at least the last three or four years. I talked to the manager several times to stop doing this and to correct his disorganized records, with zero results. This review is not based on a single event. Bad experience with this company. They keep imposing fees for projects requested by the current owner association president, without getting the other owner association members to vote which is illegal according to Texas state law. They claim that the fees were approved by the "board", when in reality only one person, the president of the owner association, made the decisions conjointly with the hired manager and they dispensed association funds to the contractors that they chose and without going through the legal process o... read more
