We worked with a broker with Samson properties, his name is Greg McGillicuddy on a commercial property lease transfer , my worst experience with a broker and agent…never responsive to emails and calls , does not follow up with tenant and landlord, gives fake promises and overall this person should not work for a company like Samson properties , he should work for craigslist instead, do yourself a favor and do not work with this individual!
