I lease a property in Arlington managed by Samson Properties. I have not had air conditioning in 44 days.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Crystal Ellis took our application fee and approved us to rent out her house. Hours before we were to sign the lease she pulled the rug out from under us to accept another offer after assuring us she abides by a first come (pending approval) first serve. She said she would return our fees since she was going with someone who would pay 6 months up front in cash instead. I am still waiting for my fee to be returned two weeks later. Very sketchy. Very unprofessional.
