Never buy from Penny Chrissomallis ( Le Reve / Davari Companies LLC). I recently purchased a house from her that her and her husband and purchased to fix and flip. It's been a disaster from day one full of hidden disasters that her and her husband unethically hid to try and make a quick buck.
