Some of the absolute worst agents i have had to work with under questionable leadership. Difdiculties on almost every transaction with most Samson firms, especially this one.
⚠️ Agents, be careful before joining Samson Properties Their advertising focuses heavily on a “100% commission” model, but they don’t clearly disclose the mandatory mentorship deductions for new agents upfront. You won’t find out until after you close a deal — when they reduce your commission, even if no mentor ever contacts you. I worked independently with zero support, yet they withheld a significant portion of my pay. When I raised the issue, they sent my license back to DPOR instead of resolving it.
