If I had know that storage would be so convenient and affordable, I would have gotten a unit years ago! Wow am I psyched with my locker. And Samson made the entire process virtually seamless. I am so thrilled. The best approach is to do all paper work prior to the move. This literally removed all my stress. Thanks to Samson I'm considering it a way of life. I just wish I had known about this sooner!
The place is deplorable, no bathrooms, no water to wash your hands, no trash can, and full of homeless, rats and bugs,disgusting, its service therefore disgusting, far from being professional and complete lack of responsibility and courtesy, in addition to that they send me a scam bill, after I returned the unit they tried to charge in my credit card $ 850.00 , when I called to claim my security deposit ,they kept saying "the check is in the mail". Every time I called Su and Joe had different story. Use at your own risk.
