Nightmare. Don't rent from them. The lease agreement is 30pages and impossible to break. I was very sick and out on disability, I called the company and spoke to Rick asking about being let out of my lease because I was ill and couldn't afford rent payments. He told me, this is a business and basically they wouldn't let me out regardless of the situation.
