Beyond terrible management. Not responsive to complaints. Super and office staff usually incredibly rude and dismisive. We do most of our own repairs as otherwise nothing would get done. Good luck to you if rent from them.
Worst management ever. My fiancé and I moved in over a month ago and there are still things not fixed...simple things like the light fixtures, a broken cabinet and door that needs paint. Everyone in the super office points fingers and doesn't take responsibility. The super is nasty and not helpful at all. I love the town and Long Beach but this management co is horrendous.
Terrible to deal with no empathy for loss of loved one or for family situation. Do you tell some one who is in a nursing home to "have a good life" what the heck. What a bunch of rude people!!
Total disregard for all their tenants. Elevators constantly broken and major leaks during rainstorms. Stay away from Samson!
