Incredible, professional work. You can clearly see the passion *** has for his craftsmanship. Very meticulous. I love ************-to-ceiling tile, with no visible wires for my mounted television and my beautiful electric fireplace insert. I'm super excited to start on the renovated shower and closet!

We hired *************************, a contractor and owner of Samson Home Maintenance that has defrauded us. We've paid $7600.00 via check and paid for supplies beyond $10,000.00. I do have invoices and paid receipts. The majority of supplies that were paid for have gone missing and the contractor was the only person who had control of the supplies.We had a verbal agreement as well as an invoice with ************************* to complete and convert a shed into a tiny house on our property where our house caught fire. I had three people come and give and estimate to cement our driveway. All three said they could not do it. I was confused until Sam came and said they probably decline due to the tree, then he suggested making the driveway in another direction to bypass the tree. I was a little reserved after I read ****** S review to reach out to Samaon Home Maintenance . However I am glad I reached out to Samson Home Maintenace and I have given his name to several of my friend.

I had some water damage from the last storm we had in Georgia. I called Samson Home Maintenance about replacing my damaged floors. He also found where the leak was coming from. I have had 3 people come by and could not identify the problem and Sam did. I feel like I'm in heaven my floors are fabulous!!! I am thankful I have someone i can trust.
