Terrible service from their chain - Immediadent - and the home offiice. They threw away the mold for my wife's permanent crown, and tried to blame her. Less than 2 years later the crown fell off due to decay on her tooth because the dentist that treated here with disdain failed to seal the crown properly. Samson refuses to make good on the failed treatment. Check out BBB - 32 complaints closed in last 3 years; 4 complaints closed in last 12 months, not counting this one.
