Never a problem and a free wash coupon if you buy the complete wash package. Handy to have during the spring with all of the pollen. The unlimited wash at $40/month is a great bargain if you wash your car more than twice a month. They supply drying towels and window cleaner as well.

I took my daughter's Nissan Versa through the wash and it didn't quite come out clean the first time. I spoke with one of the team members, and he was incredibly kind. He had me pull around again, and they actually hand-scrubbed the top of the car to make sure it was perfect. I didn't expect that level of effort, but I truly appreciate the above-and-beyond customer service. Highly recommend!
