This is ridiculous. I helped myself starting through the car wash tonight as an attendant was nowhere to be found to start. I go park my car. My vacuum is jammed. The trash cans are so over filled with trash. I had to put my trash next to the can on the ground. I proceeded to get window cleaner and rags well. Forget that there was one bottle there and it was empty. I don’t have any other issues at any other locations. I pay for unlimited car washes. This is absolutely one of the worst car washes I have ever been to. The kids working there have zero work ethic, the soap being put on the vehicle is very minimal yet after you get through the car wash the soap will still be on your vehicle. I had to take my Ram Rebel back to my house and wash it again after running it through this poop show of a car wash. This car wash feels dated and poorly maintained, especially given how heavily it is used. The equipment is overdue for upgrades including rusty EuroVac machines, no buff wheel, and brushes that are ripped and dirty. The vacuum and parking area is too small and appears to have never been cleaned. Staff are not attentive to the lot, allowing people who have not purchased a wash to pull in and use the free vacuums.
