I’ve been a loyal Sam’s customer for years, but after this experience, I won’t be back. I took my 2005 Suburban through the wash, and when it reached the blower section, I heard a loud bang—my sunroof was literally blown off the vehicle and shattered. The glass was blown across my hood and damaged the hood also. When I spoke to the attendants, they showed no concern and immediately said it wasn’t their fault. That alone was frustrating.
