I have to tell you in a world where care and guest service is slowly dying Nick and his team at the Concord Mills location really knocked it out of the park. A somehow a letter fell off my new vehicle (now I know is a common problem with my vehicle) and a scuff mark happened. Nick jumped right in to make the situation right.
