Poor work done by Amy. They changed the price after what they have agreed through phone. Windows were not cleaned properly carpets were not cleaned at all. Stay away!
For the most part the ladies coming to clean have been great, in particular one woman who was so hardworking, efficient and also really nice and cheerful. I would have given them 5 stars because of her. However last time they sent someone else (and not her) and they forgot to do an entire room and were just not thorough like the woman who came before. Today I waited an hour and they just didn’t show up, which was very disappointing so we are switching to another service provider now unfortunately.
Had booked in to get my home cleaned, then no-one show up, then they ghost me ? Had to find another cleaner last minute which did a great job.
Very aggressive. You won't be comfortable in talking.
