Today in Leawood, I watched a Sam’s Turf Care employee drive his Toro ride on fertilizer/sprayer machine around the yard without spraying or having any granular product come out of it and then he left an invoice on the door and left quickly without blowing anything off because there was nothing to blow off. I went and talked to the home owner and let them know what happened. She looked at the invoice which said they applied a $130 application of winter lime to the lawn. Not very good about following up when there are problems. They say they will call you back then don’t. Lawn looks great though!
Avoid at all costs owners have scamed disabled individuals and the employees will try to fight you at your own residence and have Ties with royal lawn care and latta property management witch are both shady companies with crook employees who take advantage of disabled individuals who rent from them
