I recently had a bad experience with this company. I was not a customer, but my neighbor was. Sam's aerated my neighbor's yard, and in the process they crossed over the property line and accidentally damaged my underground dog fence. It was going to cost me $250 to get the fence fixed. I was upset. Sam's took over and communicated with the Underground Dog Fence company we use. I worked for a lawn service for 20 years and Sams Turf Care is BY FAR THE BEST !! Super friendly office staff !! Jeff is the applicator in Lees Summit and he is AWESOME !! He goes above and beyond to make sure your lawn is the best it can be !! He does a FANTASTIC job!! Do yourself a favor and give them a call and tell them RHONDA sent you !!
Really disappointed with this company. My neighbor's hired this company have their yard aerated. This company came way over the property line and ruined my underwire dog fence on the while side of my property. It is going to cost me at least $250 (quoted by dog fence company) to get that side of my underwire dog fence replaced. To make up for it, Sam's is offering to aerated my yard for $100.
