Dropped off my SUV Saturday morning for a free evaluation and Sam said he would look at it same day, he then closed the shop at 1pm without calling us back so we had no car all weekend and had to call off work Monday. He then lied and said they drove the car twice and wanted to let it sit for the weekend. The car was in the same spot where we left it and it was unlocked all weekend!
