Picked up a vehicle from an older relative of mine to help diagnose some things for her. While accomplishing other tasks, asked if she knew her vehicle was pulling to the right severely and where tire work had been done, it was one hundred percent here. Took to another shop to check out and possibly align, reported to me that directional tires were put on in the wrong direction in the front. If you're a tire place, not a good look, up your game, your attention to detail, know your craft, unacceptable!
They was rude said it would be $100 to change a couple tire out that wasn’t even on the car an they said to come before 11 an we came at 10 an refused us when we even had an appointment. They use to be good but they aren’t now new management
Sam is one of the best. When it comes to customer service.
These guys do whatever it takes to get you back on the road in good shape! They are honest and hard working . We will definitely be back!
