We have gone to Sam's twice now to play video golf, golden tee, we made a comment about the game because it lagged and the buttons were sticking. We were told that it would be looked at, weeks later we try going again and it was very clear that the game hadn't been fixed. After 2 drinks and telling the waitress about it, she said she would talk to the bartender, because he plays it, and brings back the $8 for the game and our check, giving us the you need to leave message. The food was decent but they decided to take a little extra from our debit card and gave themselves an almost $50 tip. We left almost $10 was that not good enough?
