I am putting this at 3 stars because the work he did was quite excellent however getting money to him left a little to be desired, he told me what I owed him and I had a check ready for him and I contacted him to come get his money to which he never showed and 1 year later he finally sends me over an invoice for the work he did, my advice to all make certain you have a check ready for him at the time the work is performed
We had Sam come by and give us an estimate on a job came back started the job and things got considerably worse after he started, and he would not come back and even look at the burning spots of all of our lawns and all of the overspray, Going onto our driveways and walkways sent several Texts to come back And go over the job with me and he refused to do so.
