Sam small engine hire lazy ass guys. It's not the business it's those lazy ass guys. When the Dad was there it was good. I had a bad encounter with them. They kept my blower for 6 months and never repaired it. I took it home and Google helped me fix it. Never use them, all they good for is eating lunch.
My husband brought our Sears Craftman & Snapper lawnmower to Sam's Small Engine & Repair. After 8 months & several phone calls, my husband told them it had been long enough. The gentleman he spoke with said it had rained & the tickets were hard to read. So he went up to the shop & identified our lawnmowers. After having my lawn mower for a week I got it back. Put gas in it and it quit running in 5 minutes. Going to give them chance to do what I paid them to do, but won’t be back there again.
