I had an emergency and called them for help. Their team was incredibly respectful, kind, and ready to respond immediately. I truly appreciate their quick response and team-oriented approach.
Very dishonest company. My 72 year old mother called them because her kitchen sink was clogged. She informed them its not an emergency, as it is draining slow but she has three other sinks she can use. The dispather informed her we can send someone out right away. Trickery number 1. They charged her for a same day emergency visit. When they got there they were there for a total of 10 minutes. in and out. We had septic issues this past week - and Melissa from Sam's Rooter Service and her team were fabulous. We had to have repeated visits from Leon and Kendall - both did an amazing job. We ended up needing a new pump - and Melissa even found us a plumber that was able to find us the pump and install! Thanks to Melissa and her Team!
