I've bought several cars from this place, and the owner is honest and helpful. It makes me sad to see the other reviews criticizing this place. I wonder if they realize they are buying a used car... And a business that doesn't want to loan someone their money (through financing a car another is driving) because that person is breaking the law (by not having insurance), yep - that's makes for a bad business alright!
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THE SALES PERSON IS A LIER AND UNPROFESSIONAL. HE TELLS YOU ONE THING AND WHEN ITS TIME FOR THE CONTRACT HE TELLS YOU ANOTHER THING. THE SALES PERSON ALWAYS HAS AN ATTITUDE AND IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE CARS ARE JUNK AND THEY MESS UP AFTER YOU DRIVE OFF WITH THE CAR. THEY SAY THEY GOING TO FIX IT BUT THEY DO NOT. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THIS PLACE. THIS IS THE WORSET PLACE TO BUY IN CONROE.
NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. The guy that works there has no ethics or manners. He is a lier. I have never seen an unethical people like him in my life. He tells you that you will pay one thing a month but once you put the down payment he gives you another number and by then you are suck because he will not give you the deposit back even when the contract is not signed. This place is horrible and the employee is a lier and unprofessional. The mexican employee has no manners and will yell and call you a lier in your face. The owner is another dumb one. I can not believe how he hired someone so unprofessional and unethical like that man. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER. The owner and his puppet is the most unprofessional people I have every encountered. They act like they are your friend and lure you in but once they got you lock under their contract they talk to you like you are a DOG. Yelling and holloring if you ask them something they don't want to answer. Call you out of your name, tell you to SHUT UP, put their hand in your face! Where is the customer service..ugh ...they don't know what customer service is! Oh My! All I can say is STAY AWAY....RUN from these ignorant butts! Robbers!
