These guys are awesome. It was like pulling teeth to get anything done with our previous property owners. I put in a work order on property meld within minutes, they had someone sent out that same day and had the problem fixed the next. I had plans to move after this lease was up but now that Sams Property Management has taken over I might seriously reconsider. Satisfied is an understatement.
Sams Property Management and our manager have been professional, attentive, and available. The best I have experienced as owner of several properties. I am also an architect, and appreciate the depth of knowledge and care shown by John and the other members I have encountered with the firm.
