Try to order food 3 times, each time the phone made a long high pitched noise. Gave up and went in store to order, the owner was a complete asshole who had to be right about everything. Bitched at us and his staff the whole time we waited for our food. Even the kitchen staff was yelling cuss words. Came in today because they needed drivers A.S.A.P. I arrived and talked to the owner. He handed me an application with a smile on his face and told me to fill it out. I did. Afterward, he told me that he would hire me if I cut off my dreadlocks. Not when I walked in to ask for the application, after he sat me down and told me to fill it out. I have never felt more discriminated against in my life. I'm glad that I won't be working for hateful, prejudice people.
Make the Super Strom Pizza a thing. I've been ordering it for the past six months. Each time it's a struggle but you guys do it... most of the time. Super Strom+pizza=awesomeness. Help me out here people.
My mom orders a Pizza a Week from you! You were not at her house in nearly an hour so she called. She was never told you were behind. You told her in 20 min she'd have her Pizza. You came 30 minutes later. She kindly tipped the driver and refused the order. So I called for her asking that she be compensated as No one had Dinner on this night. You told me well she shouldn't expect her Pizza in 30 minutes. I said well you lost a customer which when tallied is a loss of around 1000.00 per year and the Manager said OKAY!
I have to say their stroms are great. However we will not be returning any time soon. I was treated extremely rude on the phone. Called back and cancelled the order. We spend a fair amount of money there. Obviously my business is not appreciated. There are plenty of other pizza places in Evansville. Lots of complaints about the customer service. Maybe you ought to take a look at who answers your phone!!!!!
The bomb...and don't see how people think they are rude..People they are ALWAYS buzy..give some slack
